I am extremely blessed to have found Aramis. I was having trouble sleeping because of fluid buildup after my tummy tuck she was able to squeeze me her schedule the sameday for a lyphatic massage. I honestly say that Amaris has been an absolute blessing for me. I ran into some issues with excessive swelling after having a tummy tuck, and she was able give my belly a lymphatic massage that allowed me to release most of the fluid build up within 2 days. After several massages, I can honestly say my belly feels and looks normal. Not only has she been able to help me with the swelling, but she has also treated my incision line causing my bumpy scar to become smooth.

She is very thorough and will not let time interfere with Theripy that’s needed. The deep-tissue massage improved mobility when my lower back slipped out of place as I bent over to remove a cooking pot from its cupboard.
I had the misfortune of slipping down three stairs, getting an ugly bruise between the first two toes on my right foot. After ultrasound treatment, the bruising disappeared almost completely by the next day, as did the tenderness.
I recommend Restful Refuge massage for its high quality, individualized attention, and personal ethics.

Amaris has helped me so much with my TMJ and migraines. She knows the right pressure points, and just makes you feel more relaxed. The more I go to her for my TMJ the more mobility in my jaw I have and less pain!
If you are looking for a good massage to get those kinks, knots etc out. She is definitely your girl! I have been to 4 different massage therapists for my TMJ...Out of those 4 , she has been the only one that gives me relief when it comes to my jaw, and not only that gets out all the knots in my shoulders and neck; which is where I tend to carry all of my stress.
